In response to enquiries on press reports of Singapore citizens among the casualties in Bali, the 丝瓜视频Spokesman said:
"So far, no Singapore citizen has been positively identified as among the victims. The Singapore Embassy in Jakarta has an officer on the ground in Bali working with local authorities to ascertain the facts. It appears that media reports alluding to Singaporean casualties actually refer to some expatriates normally resident in Singapore."
