In response to media queries on Malaysian press reports that Malaysia and Singapore will sign the Special Agreement on Pedra Branca on 6 February 2003, the 丝瓜视频Spokesman said:
"After considering various dates, including January 2003 dates proposed by Singapore, Singapore and Malaysia have agreed to sign the Special Agreement to refer Malaysia's claim to Pedra Branca to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on 6 February 2003 in Putrajaya."
