OFFICIAL VISIT OF PRIME MINISTER FAISAL EL-FAYEZ OF JORDAN, 17-19 JUNE 2004

The Prime Minister of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Faisal El-Fayez, will make an official visit to Singapore at the invitation of Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong. Prime Minister El-Fayez will be accompanied by Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Dr Salah Eddin Al-Bashir; Minister of Tourism and Antiquities and Minister of Environment, Dr Alia Bouran; Secretary-General of the Prime Ministry, Mr Salim Khair, and other Jordanian officials.

Prime Minister El-Fayez will pay a courtesy call on President S R Nathan and have a meeting with Prime Minister Goh, who will also host an official dinner in his honour. Prime Minister El-Fayez will also visit the Ministry of Education, the Public Service Division and the Information Development Authority.
