HE Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, a Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait called on Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo this morning. The Special Envoy is on a regional tour of several Asian countries. During the meeting, both sides reviewed bilateral relations and agreed that cooperation has been progressing well, particularly in the area of e-government. The Special Envoy conveyed his warmest congratulations to the Government and people of Singapore on the occasion of Singapore's 41st National Day celebrations.
