In response to media queries on the sinking of a passenger ship in Indonesia with 850 passengers reportedly onboard, a Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµspokesman said:

"The Singapore Embassy in Jakarta is in touch with the local authorities on this accident. So far, there have been no reports of Singaporean casualties.
