            Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of the Kingdom of Thailand is visiting Singapore on 17 January to attend the opening ceremony of the Global Young Scientists Summit (GYSS) 2016. Her Royal Highness had also attended the opening ceremonies of the GYSS in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

            While in Singapore, Her Royal Highness will be hosted to lunch by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.  She will also meet Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Research Foundation (NRF) Teo Chee Hean, who is opening the GYSS, and attend the GYSS Welcome Dinner hosted by Minister for Finance and Deputy Chairman of NRF Heng Swee Keat.
