丝瓜视频Press Statement: Official Visit by the RT Hon Patricia Scotland QC, Commonwealth Secretary-General, 31 Oct to 4 Nov 2016

    Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, The Rt Hon Patricia Scotland QC, will make an official introductory visit to Singapore from 31 October to 4 November 2016 at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan.  Ms Scotland is visiting Singapore in conjunction with the 27th Commonwealth Agriculture Conference.

    During her visit, Ms Scotland will call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and meet Minister Balakrishnan.  She will deliver a keynote address at the 27th Commonwealth Agriculture Conference.  She will also take the opportunity to engage and address participants of various Commonwealth initiatives.  Ms Scotland’s visit underscores the longstanding and positive relationship between Singapore and the Commonwealth.
