丝瓜视频Press Statement: Visit by Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr Mohamad Maliki Osman to Indonesia, 27 Oct 2016

SMS Dr Maliki Osman attended the annual 16^th Council of Ministers Meeting (COMM) of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) in Bali, Indonesia on 27 October 2016. The meeting was hosted by the current Chair of IORA, Indonesia. The 16^th COMM reviewed progress made by IORA and discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the Indian Ocean Rim region. The meeting also discussed preparations for the 20^th anniversary commemorative Leaders’ Summit, to be held in Indonesia in March 2017.

SMS Maliki also met with ministers from Australia, Bangladesh, Comoros, India, Malaysia, Somalia, South Africa and Yemen before departing for Singapore.
