Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Education and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Mohamad Maliki Osman has written to Dr Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran to offer condolences over the 3 January terrorist attacks in the city of Kerman, Iran.
