Legalisation of Documents
As of 18 January 2021, Singapore is now part of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) Convention of 5 October 1961, known as the "Apostille Convention", simplifying the procedure of legalisation for foreign public documents.
For documents issued by a Singapore Authority to be used in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg, the is the authority to issue Apostilles.
