REPORTING LOSS AND REPLACEMENT OF IC

Application for a replacement can only be made personally at the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.

Singaporean citizens who have lost their IC are required to report the loss and apply for a replacement in person within 14 days. A police report is required only if you are a victim of crime. Otherwise, you may execute a Statutory Declaration duly notarised by a Notary Public or when you go to ICA to report the loss. Upon returning to Singapore, please visit the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority to report the loss.

CHANGE OR NAME OR ADDRESS IN IC

You may only change of name or address in your Identity Card directly with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.
