Singapore Citizenship Applications
Applications for Singapore Citizenship must be submitted online. To apply online, the Singapore Citizen parent is required to log in to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) e-services, using his/her SingPass account. More information can be found .
Singapore Passport Applications
You can apply for a Singapore Passport online via ICA’s s using your Singpass account, and select the Singapore Overseas Mission closest to you for collection.

Note: The processing time for a passport is around four to six weeks upon ICA’s receipt of the application, if you have submitted all the necessary documents. Upon successful processing of the applications, ICA will send the passports to the Singapore Overseas Mission and Singaporeans residing overseas may collect the passports from the mission. You may be required to produce additional documents for collection.
